With an efficiency of 96%, this means that the furnace has an output of 57,600 BTU, meaning that it is generally suitable for small to medium house in ideal climates. The 96% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 96% of it is used to heat your home while the remaining 4% is lost out the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All 96% furnaces require plastic/PVC flue venting, and if you need it to be metal flue venting to match your current setup, you would need to get an 80% efficient furnace. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost.     Our policy lasts for 48 hours from delivery for any buyer's remorse or incorrect product returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in original condition. If the 48-hour period has passed, you may still be eligible for returns, but you may incur return freight expenses and a restocking fee of 10-20%, depending on the product.

    It is your responsibility to return the item at your cost unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.
