Thanks to its two-stage, consistent torque DC motor and 96% AFUE rating, you can relax knowing it's cutting down on your utility bills. Built with an aluminized steel tubular heat exchanger and stainless steel secondary heat exchanger, this furnace ensures both durability and reliability. Its compact design allows for easy installation, even in tight spaces. The furnace is designed for multi-position installation in upflow or horizontal configurations, with convenient left or right connections for gas or electric service. It also features a removable bottom panel for side or bottom return applications, simplifying both maintenance and installation processes. Additionally, it can be easily converted to propane with an optional LP kit. Being AHRI certified and ETL listed ensures the furnace meets rigorous quality and performance standards. Registering the furnace within 90 days activates a 10-year parts warranty and a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger, providing added peace of mind. Even without registration, you're covered by a 5-year parts warranty and a 20-year heat exchanger warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and comfort.

    RETURNS

    Our policy lasts for 48 hours from delivery for any buyer's remorse or incorrect product returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in original condition. If the 48-hour period has passed, you may still be eligible for returns, but you may incur return freight expenses and a restocking fee of 10-20%, depending on the product.

    It is your responsibility to return the item at your cost unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.

    • Unopened, Undamaged Products: If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee, based on the product.
    • Opened, Undamaged Products: For opened but undamaged products, return authorization from HVAC Marketplace is required. Please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery to request return authorization. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.
    • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the incorrect item and the shipment receipt. There will be no additional costs for replacements or reshipment.
    • Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If your package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the damage and a note of the damage on the bill of lading. You’ll qualify for a no-cost replacement or reshipment.
    • Concealed Damage Upon Delivery: If damage is found after delivery, please contact returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Failure to do so within this period may result in return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company as there may be processing times before your refund is officially posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@hvac-marketplace.com.

    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com to arrange the replacement.

    SHIPPING

    To return a product, please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com for return address details. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or damage caused by us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
