In some unit bundles, the required AC coil may be larger than this condenser in tonnage. This is intentional, as it maintains the unit's efficiency. 14.3 SEER2 The GLXS4BA1810 AC-only conditioner can be up to 14.3 SEER2 in efficiency when paired with the proper equipment. As the standard efficiency on the market for all states, this unit is average in efficiency. Every SEER2 point is 5-7% more efficient than the one lower than it, saving you money the higher the SEER2 rating of the unit. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards. While the unit does require a condenser to function as part of a heat pump or air conditioner, heat strips may be installed in the air handler to provide straight electric heating, which can be used as an electric furnace on its own or as a backup heat option for a heat pump setup.     Our policy lasts for 48 hours from delivery for any buyer's remorse or incorrect product returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in original condition.
