    OVERVIEW The Goodman GPGM54210031 is a gas heat and electric AC packaged unit, ready for any application where it is not convenient to have an indoor furnace or air handler. At 15.2 SEER2 and 80% AFUE, the GPGM54210031 is a high-efficiency packaged unit with a compact designed for rooftop and next-to-building applications. While it comes from the factory with a natural gas valve setup, a propane conversion kit is available at an additional cost to be field-installed. 15.2 SEER2, 80% AFUE On the air conditioning side, the GPGM54210031 packaged unit is 15.2 SEER2, considered a high efficiency rating. This unit’s AC is around 12% more efficient than 14 SEER2, the national average. The heating side of the unit is 80% efficient, meaning that 80 cents on every dollar that you spend on your home’s heating gas bill will be used to heat your home, and the remaining 20 cents is lost to normal heating operations and is lost out of the flue venting. Both of these efficiency ratings make the GPGM54210031 packaged unit a universal option, as it is acceptable to install nationwide. Warranty Goodman provides a 2 year unit replacement warranty, a 10 year parts warranty, and a whopping 20 year heat exchanger warranty. Please note that the unit must be installed following your state and local codes and the unit must be registered online through the manufacturer for the warranty to be upheld. Durability and Reliability The exterior of the Goodman GPGM54210031 is durable with its heavy-gauge steel design and superior noise isolation insulation. The unit also meets Florida building code unit integrity requirements for hurricane-type weather when properly anchored. For reliability, the unit’s blower motor is completely sealed and permanently lubricated. The evaporator coil is also all-aluminum and the redundant gas valve is accompanied by a power-assisted combustion, all increasing reliability and durability and providing a peace of mind that your unit will work whenever you need it. Installation and Maintenance The Goodman GPGM54210031 packaged unit uses natural gas out of the box, but a propane conversion kit can be purchased separately and field-installed if required.     RETURNS

    Our policy lasts for 48 hours from delivery for any buyer's remorse or incorrect product returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in original condition. If the 48-hour period has passed, you may still be eligible for returns, but you may incur return freight expenses and a restocking fee of 10-20%, depending on the product.

    It is your responsibility to return the item at your cost unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.

    • Unopened, Undamaged Products: If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee, based on the product.
    • Opened, Undamaged Products: For opened but undamaged products, return authorization from HVAC Marketplace is required. Please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery to request return authorization. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.
    • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the incorrect item and the shipment receipt. There will be no additional costs for replacements or reshipment.
    • Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If your package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the damage and a note of the damage on the bill of lading. You’ll qualify for a no-cost replacement or reshipment.
    • Concealed Damage Upon Delivery: If damage is found after delivery, please contact returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Failure to do so within this period may result in return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
