    This ACiQ 5-Zone Standard Series System combines high efficiency with advanced climate control. ES-48Z-M6C / ACIQ-09CC-3 / ACIQ-12CC / ACIQ-24CC is the perfect solution for year-round heating and cooling in up to 5 spaces. ACiQ 4 ton 24.0 SEER2 Multi Zone Condenser | Inverter - R454B OVERVIEW ACiQ is the smart solution to adaptive heating and cooling in almost any space and climate -all at an affordable cost. With the ES-48Z-M6C, you can have up to 6 air handlers run off a single condenser, saving space outside and keeping you perfectly comfortable in your home. This adaptive, inverter condenser is constantly self-adjusting to provide the precise amount of heating or cooling needed to maintain your desired temperature in each room or zone. You can set different temperatures room by room, even turn off heating and cooling in unused areas. This, combined with a high efficiency rating of 24.0 SEER2, means you are buying a system designed to intelligently save you money both up front and over the lifetime of the unit. Although the condenser is pre-charged, please note that this model of equipment does not have quick connect line set connectors and is not a self-install unit. You will need a professional to add more refrigerant and vacuum the lines as needed. Installation materials such as line sets, control wire, drain hose, whip and disconnect are not included, but are available at additional cost in the Accessories section to the right of this text. For all multi zone ACiQ condensers, a minimum of two air handlers is needed for the unit to function. 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette ACiQ Mini Split Air Handler Mini Split systems are great, but what if you don't want the air handler on your wall? ACiQ offers the ACIQ-09CC-HH-MC ceiling cassette air handler for customers who want a more hidden appearance and more centralized air distribution. Ceiling Cassette air handlers provide the same high-efficiency heating and cooling of a regular wall-mounted unit, and come with an included hand-held remote control. Once the ceiling cassette is mounted in the ceiling, only the grille is visible for the most understated appearance. Installation Considerations Ceiling Cassettes are flush-mounted, which requires removal of enough ceiling material to create a cavity for the unit. These units will fit between 24 on-center joists, but are too large to fit between 16 on-center joists without modifying the structure of your framing. Additionally, Ceiling Cassettes have factory-installed, onboard pumps to lift the condensation produced by the unit during cooling. The pump can lift the condensation up to 14. From there, it will be necessary to construct a PVC drain system to route the condensation to a safe wastewater location. Refrigerant and wiring connections are the same as the wall mounted units.     Our policy lasts for 48 hours from delivery for any buyer's remorse or incorrect product returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in original condition. If the 48-hour period has passed, you may still be eligible for returns, but you may incur return freight expenses and a restocking fee of 10-20%, depending on the product.

    It is your responsibility to return the item at your cost unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.

    • Unopened, Undamaged Products: If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee, based on the product.
    • Opened, Undamaged Products: For opened but undamaged products, return authorization from HVAC Marketplace is required.     • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the incorrect item and the shipment receipt. There will be no additional costs for replacements or reshipment.
    • Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If your package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the damage and a note of the damage on the bill of lading. You’ll qualify for a no-cost replacement or reshipment.
    • Concealed Damage Upon Delivery: If damage is found after delivery, please contact returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Failure to do so within this period may result in return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
