    Damage description: New, never used. The unit was dented on the top and left side and has scratches. We repainted the scratches to the best of our ability. The output of the unit is 76,800 BTU’s (input X efficiency = output). This size of furnace is normally suitable for most medium-sized houses in an ideal climate. 96% AFUE With one of the highest efficiency ratings available, the GCVC960804CN gas furnace is 96% efficient. At this efficiency, the GCVC960804CN uses only 4% of its gas to operate the furnace itself and 96% of the gas going into the furnace to make your home warm and comfortable. With all gas furnaces at 90% efficiency and above like this one, the flue venting must be plastic or PVC. Two Stage Variable Speed Furnace Allowing for a more precise air flow output to best suit your home’s needs, the motor on the GCVC960804CN is a variable speed ECM blower motor, the best blower motor that Goodman offers to date. The two stage burner on the furnace allows for a lower output and a higher output for a more precise heat output as needed by your thermostat. Both of these high-end features allow for a small increase in efficiency, but the primary benefits are enhanced comfort and a more stable temperature throughout any season of the furnace’s use. Warranty The GCVC960804CN comes standard with Goodman’s 10 year parts warranty and its exceptional lifetime heat exchanger warranty. In order to maintain this warranty, the installation must follow your state and local codes and the unit must be registered online via Goodman’s website. Durability and Reliability The heavy-duty heat exchanger on the Goodman GCVC960804CN gas furnace is designed for constant use to provide enhanced reliability. The aluminized steel structure of this heat exchanger allows for a faster and more efficient heat transfer rate. Moreover, the outer casing on the unit is a heavier gauge of steel, protecting the internals of the furnace and lowering air leakage and furnace operation noise. All of these features enhance comfort and provide durability and reliability for the lifetime of the unit. Installation The GCVC960804CN furnace runs on natural gas from the factory. When you field-install the optional LP conversion kit (found here at an additional cost), this furnace can use propane instead when the installation requires it. This Goodman furnace is also able to be installed in the downflow or horizontal positions, allowing for a more versatile application potential.

    RETURNS

    Our policy lasts for 48 hours from delivery for any buyer's remorse or incorrect product returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in original condition. If the 48-hour period has passed, you may still be eligible for returns, but you may incur return freight expenses and a restocking fee of 10-20%, depending on the product.

    It is your responsibility to return the item at your cost unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.

    • Unopened, Undamaged Products: If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product, please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee, based on the product.
    • Opened, Undamaged Products: For opened but undamaged products, return authorization from HVAC Marketplace is required. Please email returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery to request return authorization. Buyer’s remorse returns may be subject to return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.
    • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the incorrect item and the shipment receipt. There will be no additional costs for replacements or reshipment.
    • Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If your package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and email returns@hvac-marketplace.com immediately with photos of the damage and a note of the damage on the bill of lading. You’ll qualify for a no-cost replacement or reshipment.
    • Concealed Damage Upon Delivery: If damage is found after delivery, please contact returns@hvac-marketplace.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Failure to do so within this period may result in return freight expenses and a 10-20% restocking fee.

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
